Assuming it is a Simple Stochastic, you can use the following Condition Formula for this:
STOC5.3 > AVG(STOC5.3,3) AND STOC5.3.1 <= AVG(STOC5.3.1,3)
You can set the time frame of the Condition Formula by using the Time Frame drop-down menu in the Edit PCF window when creating or editing the Condition Formula.
Understanding Stochastics
Note that it would be better to add the Stochastic to the chart, adjust its settings as desired and then click on it and select Create Scan Condition for this. It is easier to do and the resulting condition would be more efficient than a Condition Formula to do the same thing.

Hi
i wonder why indicator cannot be put to graph. Indicator code is not shown, so it's not easy to port it to PCF. It'd make more sense to simply allow indicators in graphs and transfer them to conditions. Actually it could be the same asset, it's confusing to have these entities split.
thanks

You can plot Stochastics on the chart and create teh condition from the indicator if that's what you're suggesting. Click on Stochastics, then Create Scan Condition and set the condition to Crossing Up %D.

Thanks. I want to turn it to indicator to see the PCF formula, but it doesn't show it (no edit button). This way it'd be easy to learn PCF.

It doesn't show a formula because it isn't actually using a formula to calculate the condition.
