E.g., Williams % crossing up from 20 AND SMA>20

TIA for any help.

What is the period of the Williams %R? What is the period of the SMA? Is the SMA of price or something else?

As a general guide, you can add both indicators to the chart:

Adding and Moving Indicators

Click on the indicators and select Create Scan Condition to create the desired conditions:

Create Conditions from Your Chart

And then add both conditions to the same EasyScan:

Building a Scan with Multiple Conditions

To get a list of symbols in the EasyScan's List to Scan which meet the requirements of all of the EasyScan Conditions.
