EPS Percent Change is

For exemple :

Between (q3 2013) and (q3 2012)

or

Between (q3 2013) and the laster quarter (q2 2013) 

?

EPS Percent Change is between the comparable quarter from the previous your, so Q3 2013 and Q3 2012.
