For some strange reason I am not seeing price data for Thursday 09/19/2013. Although I did last night. Is there an outage going on? Worden use to have a status message telling of any ongoing outages but I am unable to find it.

it would be nice to get an update, notification, something that this problem is being worked on!! A red phone/alarm or something hopefully went off by now! frustrating...

Yes I don't see why there is not an announcements thread on the website notifying people of current problems and when they are expected to be fixed. To not have updated the charts the next day is very poor.

Just to add another user having trouble. I need that data! This kind of throws a big kink in my world, Everything works fine except there is not data for Thursday on daily and monthly charts. Hourly charts have Thrusday data but no weekly or monthly. HELP!!

same here! no data for Sept 19, 2013 and the market is going to open in less than 2 hours.

Thank you for reporting the issue. It should be resolved and the charts should be current now. If this is not the case for you, then please contact technical support.

Worden use to have on their web page a notice of any outages and the current status of you systems.
Is that usefull information now gone from your web site?

The status we had on the home page was done automatically and ended up not being as reliable as we had hoped.
We will post something on the home page if there is a major issue, but in this case the issue happened outside of trading hours and was corrected within 15-minutes of our finding out about it.
