I want it to open with %change default high to low order. Is there a wasy to do this. Perhaps it's that I may have added capitalization last to my columns.

Depending on your settings, TC2000 version 12.3 is going to open either the last layout used on this computer or the most recent layout used from any computer. There is no way to force TC2000 version 12.3 to load with some sort of default layout without regard to what was run most recently on either the current computer or another computer (depending on settings).

That said, in my admittedly limited testing, TC2000 version 12.3 will start with the same sort as was in use when it was shut down. So if you want it to open with percent change used as the sort, you will need to shut it down with that same percent change column as the active sort.
