I want to create a condition using Average True Range ("ATR') and the moving average of ATR ("MA of ATR").  I want a condition of the ATR crossing the MA ATR above or below.  For example, how do I write a condition of the 20-day ATR crossing above the 10-day MA of the 20-day ATR?  Thank you.

To make it easier (shorter for you), make the parameters 3-day ATR and 5-day MA of ATR3.  Thanks.

The best way to do this is to just add both ATR Indicators to the same pane and scale on the chart.

Adding and Moving Indicators

Then click on one of the ATR indicators and select Create Scan Condition to create the desired Condition.
