For some reason when I try to scroll back in time by using the [ key, it takes forever. It's not my computer it's the program. I'm trying to use a daily chart and go back to 2008 and 2009 but its literally taken hours and I'm still in 2012. 

 

Can anyone help?

I use v7 and have no problem going back in history using the [ key.  A tip though.  If you want to go back several years to a daily, why not use the much faster horizontal slide bar at very bottom of v7 screen.

If it literally takes hours, it sounds like there is something wrong with the program. Please contact technical support.
