When you add a symbol to a personal watchilst, the program stores the date and price when you added the stock to the list. There is also the option to enter a specific number of shares (default is 100). With the Tracking % and Tracking Net columns you can see the performance of the symbol since you added it to the list. You can edit the tracking info if you want to put in specific dates, prices and # of shares to match your portfolio.
