I have the TC2000 version 12.3 installed, but I've seen that there is a new beta version with Pre and Post market information.

I tested it and it worked perfect from the browser, however when I try to dowload the TC 2000 to execute without the browser, the following error appears:

 

TC2000 is already installed. Please Run TC2000 from your desktop.

 

How can I uninstall it and install the new Beta Version?  I've seen the icon for TC2000 and is directing to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Silverlight\sllauncher.exe" 2860668968.www.tc2000.com   so I don't know how to deal with this....

If you have run a TC2000 version 12 beta previously, then it is already installed. You should be able to start the already installed version to get the update.

If that is not the issue, then please contact technical support.
