QUOTE (pooran)
Three consecutive down days. with each day's RANGE higher than the previous day.

If by down days you mean the close is lower than the previous close:

C < C1 AND C1 < C2 AND C2 < C3 AND H - L > H1 - L1 AND H1 - L1 > H2 - L2 AND H2 - L2 > H3 - L3

If by down days you mean the close is lower than the open:

C < O AND C1 < O1 AND C2 < O2 AND H - L > H1 - L1 AND H1 - L1 > H2 - L2 AND H2 - L2 > H3 - L3

If you want both:

C < C1 AND C < O AND C1 < C2 AND C1 < O1 AND C2 < C3 AND C2 < O2 AND H - L > H1 - L1 AND H1 - L1 > H2 - L2 AND H2 - L2 > H3 - L3
