In a pop up the STOP MONITORING feature appears but when I click it the pop up disappears but the monitoring doesn't stop.How do I stop monitoring?

When I select Stop Monitoring in TCMail after clicking through the pop up, the Alert disappears from the Alert Console and I no longer get any Alerts. Please contact technical support.
