Select Tools and make sure Show Note Markers on Chart is selected.
There is currently a known issue in the program where the note markers are shifted one bar to the right of the bar on which they should actually be plotted. This means that if you create a note for the current bar, the note marker will be shifted to the next bar which does not actually exist and can result in the note marker not getting displayed at all until that bar starts to form. This is an ongoing issues however and should not have suddenly caused a change in behavior yesterday compared to previous days.
If the above does not apply, then you may wish to contact technical support.

Bruce,
how long this issue will be a "currently known issue" and not a "resolved issue"?
It is a frustration to have old, time-proven features broken.
Thanks

The issue should be resolved for any new notes you make. Older notes made before the fix may still be plotted one bar into the future from when they were actually created.

I just installed TC2000 and this issue is occurring for me as well. Is there something I need to change or update? Show Note Markers on Chart is checked.

Check to see if the symbol has actually been included in the text of the note. The note marker will not appear if this is not the case.
For example, if you wanted to make a note that you "Bought today." for IBM, the full text of the note would need to be:
$IBM Bought today.
You can select Insert Symbol in the Write Note window to automatically insert this text into the note.
