Somehow I deleted the panel (or whatever its called) that was on the left side of my charts.... where it allows you to select Conditions, indicators, etc... how do i get it back?

It is probably just at the top instead of the left hand side. Select Tools | System Settings | General and select Left as the Main toolbar position.
