I'm new to TC2000. I need a pcf that will look for rolling stocks with at least a 15% difference between resistance and support. A tight range would be of no good to me. I don't know anything in pcfs.

You may want to take a look at the Scan for stocks bouncing in a lateral channel topic. It was created using TC2000 version 7, but the basic technique works in TC2000 version 12.2 as well.
