Hi,
I'd like to run a scan that shows me the stocks with the 'best' 'typical' bid/ask spreads.
Something like
100 * ((ask-bid)/bid)..
But with averaging on the bid and ask to get the 'typical' spread... Is this even possible ? I cant think how it could be acomplished..
I imagine either running a scan or making a column with the %'s listed would be most useful. But if there's a way to do this in PCF language that would be great as well..
Any help is much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
-Jason

Any help on this one ? I'm interested in scanning for and eliminating any stocks that have bad typical spreads.. and to express the spread as a % of price..
I suspect this is not possible with TC2000 at the moment.. But I thought I would ask in case there is some magic I've not considered
Kind Regards,
-Jason

Bruce,
Another possibility if we are able to write PCFs with Bid and Ask prices is to see Price % variation at the Pre or After Market. This would be very helpful to update the Chart Toolbar information.
If we can include this possible usage at the enhacement it would be great.
Thanks,
Nelson

There is no way for an end user to track a particular suggestion. Bug tracking and suggestions have actually been transitioned from the system with particular case numbers into a newer system which no longer utilizes case numbers.
This suggestion has not yet been implemented. I do not know when or if any particular suggestion will be implemented.
I have added your suggestion to the existing requests for this feature. Thank you for your suggestion.
