All of my easyscans are now gone except for the default ones that came with the program.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

 

I have emailed support about this.

They have now returned.   Very strange.  I shut down and restarted a number of times and it did not work.  Oh well, back to work.

That is very odd, but I am happy to read that the issue resolved itself somehow. Otherwise, your best course of action was to contact technical support as you had already done.
