I like the Volitility Stop in TC2000.  If I understand this correctly it takes the closing price of a stock and plots it.  Is there any way to modify it to take the high and/or low price of a stock during the day and plot it?

No. It is not possible to reproduce the Volatility Stop in TC2000 using the Personal Criteria Formula Language in a way that is short enough to be practical or post in the forums and this would be the only way to produce a modified version in TC2000.
