I saw on the "Pictures from White Plains" email a new app was shown and the attendees were instructed how to obtain it. How do we get it?

You should be able to just go to www.tc2000.com from your mobile browser on the iPad and log in with your existing username and password.

It doesn't work for the ipad. It gives you a fatal error invalid username or password

You still can't see pivot points on the chart. I hope this improves in the app otherwise there really isn't much use for it.

I have new ipad 3 and can not seem to get the app to work when I go to tc2000.com. Asks me to sign in and when I do I get a javascript error in the debug console?

If you are experiencing technical issues with the app, please contact technical support.
All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival.
For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).

I was impressed with iPad version of TC2000 (of course it's not perfect, but It will be). But last 2 weeks I have big problem. App doesn't load me any data, I get just black screen with two circles, which show me "refresh" but data never comes (stock quotes & chart)
Is maybe some problems on yours side? I was already try everything (connections, restart, etc.)

Hello,
I'm a brand new TC2000 user and I've installed the iPad app. So far, I really like it. I'm not sure where to post suggestions so I'll post one here. The single biggest request for me would be the ability to read (and add) notes. I use user defined notes a lot in v12 and that would be a huge benefit for me. Thank for the consideration! Cheers.
