I use TC2000 and I use 5 Minute charts with two moving averages, namely a 5 minute MA and a 15 minute MA.
I would like to create a scan for stocks that meet the following criteria.
There is a cross over of the Stochastics 12%k3 through the %D5 below the 20 line
and the 5 period moving average has crossed over the 15 period moving average
How do I set up this scan?

Click on Stochastics %K and select Create Condition. Click on the Condition drop-down menu. Expand the Stochastics %K vs %D section if necessary. Then choose Crossing Up %D. Give the Condition a name and select Save Condition.
Click on Stochastics %K and select Create Condition. Click on the Condition drop-down menu. Then choose Less Than and set Less Than to 20. Give the Condition a name and select Save Condition.
Click on the 5-Period Moving Average and select Create Condition. Click on the Condition drop-down menu. Expand the Moving Average 5 vs Moving Average 15 section if necessary. Then choose Above Moving Average 15. Give the Condition a name and select Save Condition.
Select the lightening bolt icon in the WatchList (or choose the Scans box along the left hand side if you want to create a new WatchList Display) and select New Scan. Then select Add Condition three times, choosing a different one of the Conditions you created above each time. If the Time Frame of any of the Conditions is something other than 5-Minute, click on the Condition to adjust the Time Frame. Give the Condition a name and select Save. Then select Scan to run the Scan.
