Hi -- I'm trying to write some pcfs that involve wilder-smoothed rsi. I'm told however that the pcfs cannot use wilder's smoothing in their calculations. Is that correct? If so, are you aware of any ways around this?

Wilder's Smoothing can be reproduced using Exponential Smoothing by doubling the Wilder Period and subtracting one. That said, the RSI function used in Personal Criteria Formulas is Simple only. The following topic explains a technique to use a Wilder's Smoothed RSI in a formula:
