I have been using telechart 2007, I can see telechart2000 has some differences.
Can I use any of them by the same payment?

 A TeleChart data subscription gives you access to both the current production version of TeleChart and the TC2000.com version 11 beta.

 No, StockFinder is not currently available as part of a new TeleChart data subscription. You would need to purchase a separate StockFinder data subscription.
