Hello,
One of the ctiteria in my PCF is that the average volume dor a specified number of bars must be greater than 300,000. When I enter the volume into the PCF, do I enter 3000 or 300,000. Does the PCF append 2 zeros to the number?

In the current production release of TeleChart, Volume is normally reported in blocks of 100 shares. You would need to add use two less zeros than the actual number of shares (so 3000 instead of 300000).
In the TC2000.com version 11 beta, Volume is normally reported in actual shares. You would use the actual number of shares for which you are checking (but without the commas, so 300000 instead of 300,000).

Thanks!
Also, do spaces have any impact on the PCF output? for instance, does it matter if it use H < AVG50 or if I use H<AVG50 with no spaces? Another user stated that removing the spaces in the current production version impacted the scan results.

The spaces do not matter in your example, but the missing argument for AVG50 does. It should be AVGO50, AVGL50, AVGVH50 or most likely AVGC50. That said, spaces can and do matter even if your example is not one of those cases. For example, H < AVGC50 is valid but H < AVGC 50 is not.
