 In the new version are you able to scan 5 min , 60 min charts for intraday alerts? and if so is there a  help section for intraday pcf's.

 There is Time Frame drop-down menu in the window where you create a new Personal Criteria Formula or edit an existing PCF. Selecting the desired Time Frame from the drop-down menu is all there is to it.

Daily and longer Time Frames are available with a Gold subscription and intraday Time Frames are available with a Platinum subscription.

Selecting the Time Frame of a PCF is covered in the Personal Criteria Formula section of the TC2000 User Guide (currently starting on page 23) that comes up when selecting Help | User Guide from the menus in the TC2000.com version 11 beta.
