 Is it possible to write a PCF for a TSV 28 ecponential moving up from below when it touches a 15 day exponential MA

 Please try the following Personal Criteria Formula for an Exponential 28-Period TSV crossing up through its own 15-Period Exponential Moving Average:

XAVG(TSV,28) < XAVG(TSV,15) AND XAVG(TSV1.1,28) >= XAVG(TSV1.1,15)
