 Need a formula for a moving average 10 crossing up through a moving average 30. Can you help?

 If the Moving Averages are Simple:

AVGC10 > AVGC30 AND AVGC10.1 <= AVGC30.1

If the Moving Averages are Exponential:

XAVGC10 > XAVGC30 AND XAVGC10.1 <= XAVGC30.1
