Hi. I selected a username when I first signed up for TCNet several years ago. Recently, I changed that name and TCNet 2007 shows my new name correctly. However, in TCNet 2011, my username is shown as my original name. Is there a way to correct this so that I am known by my new name in both products?Thanks.

Please contact customer service as they should be able to make the desired adjustments.
