I have a platinum subscription. new. A wek old. Yesterday I could access intrady timeframes for SP500 and SDS as examples yet today the option is not in the dropdown menu. Why is this? Also Yesterday I could not get TSV/ROC to appear in the intrady time frame. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Follow-up I see now that I can get intraday on the chrt when I click Daily but not on the tool bar chart template timeframe options..However I can't seem to apply TSV intraday even if I change period parameters for the indicator.

Select Databank | RealTime Settings and check to make sure Automatically Connect to RealTime is checked.
The Time Frame would need to be Saved as part of the Chart Template for the Chart Template to change the Time Frame. This option can be changed under Tools | System Settings | Chart Templates.

You should be able to get TSV in Intraday Time Frames for SDS, but not for SP-500 (because we don't carry a RT Intraday Volume for SP-500 and if the Volume is always zero, so is TSV).
