I'm sure there are pcf's for buying on the dips.

I have searched the TC site and saw references like tid 18942, etc.

How do I access this ?

 A Personal Criteria Formula for buying on the dips would depend on your particular unambiguous objective definitions of dips.

I'm not sure why you would be seeing tid and then a number instead of getting a topic name that links to the topic, but you should be able to construct the link on your own. It will start with:

http://forums.worden.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=

And end with the number after the = in the tid section going after t= in the URL.
