Could you please help me designing the Indicator VOLATILTY STOP real code for Stock Finder 5. This indicator is included in FreeStockcharts but not in Stock Finder 4 or 5. The default input multiplier of the 7 day Avg TrueRange on closing price for next day's SAR should go from 2 to 3.5. Thanks for all your help.

I don't know for sure how the Volatility Stop Indicator is calculated in FreeStockCharts.com. All questions, comments and suggestions related to FreeStockCharts.com should be addressed to:

feedback@freestockcharts.com

That said, the My volatility stop in SF topic has an example of a RealCode Volatility Stop which would appear to be similar.

Thank you for your prompt help. I was able to input a volatility SAR as an Indicator and overlay it onto the price chart. Now I would like this indicator shown as a bar dot similar to the Parabolic SAR on Stockfinger 4 and 5. Can you show me what real code to add to the plot comand in order to bring this incator directly on to the price chart and its price scale with a colored dot. or circle. Thank you

You can move the Indicator to the Price History Scale by Dragging and Dropping it there and selecting Overlay. You can Plot in the same Scale as Price History by right-clicking on the Indicator and selecting Scaling | Scale With | Price History. You can Plot it as small colored dots by right-clicking on the Indicator and select Edit. Then change the Plot Style to Shape and adjust the shape as desired.
