 I would be interested in finding an Index or ETF that would  let me see the impact of Interest Rates on various bonds or equities. 

Any help would be appreciated.

 You could try:

IRX--X : Short Term Interest Rate Index
TNX--X : CBOE 10 Yr Treasury Yld Index
TYX--X : CBOE 30 Yr Treasury Yld Index
FVX--X : CBOE 5 Yr Treasury Yld Index

You might want to try selecting Jump | Company Name Search and entering terms you think might be related to interest rates to search for more.
