Try to keep your follow-up comments under the same topic.  This question is now spread across this topic and two others:

New PCF
New PCF-foolow up

The MoneyStream vs Price criteria all compare the performance of MoneyStream over a period of time. For example, MoneyStream vs Price 3-month calculates the difference between MoneyStream as a % of its three month range and price as a % of its three month range.  Higher values indicate positive divergences and lower negative numbers indicate negative divergences.

MoneyStream vs. Price today wouldn't really tell you anything because the two are on different scales so comparing the value of one to the other doesn't really tell you anything.  You have to measure how they perform vs. each other over a period of time.  That's what the 3 included criteria do for 3 month, 1 year and 3 year time frames.
