Could you refer me to a 12,26,9 MACD PCF where the MACD today is greater than it was 40 days ago AND also less than or equal to the zero line?

Please try one or more of the following:

Exponential raw MACD 12,26,9 > 40-Periods Ago and <= 0:

XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 > XAVGC12.40 - XAVGC26.40 AND XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 <= 0

Exponential MACD Signal Line 12,26,9 > 40-Periods Ago and <= 0:

XAVG(XAVGC12,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26,9) > XAVG(XAVGC12.40,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26.40,9) AND XAVG(XAVGC12,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26,9) <= 0

Exponential MACD Histogram 12,26,9 > 40-Periods Ago and <= 0:

XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 - XAVG(XAVGC12,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26,9) > XAVGC12,40 - XAVGC26,40 - XAVG(XAVGC12.40,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26.40,9) AND XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 - XAVG(XAVGC12,9) + XAVG(XAVGC26,9) <= 0
