Hi,
Are they three separate products? What is the cost of each? What would you recommend for the configuration of a computer to be able to run these programs at their best?
Thank You

Blocks is now StockFinder, so we're only talking about two products.
The Gold service level on each program costs $29.99/mo and the Platinum level on each program costs $89.99/mo.
Look over the comparison sheet to see what features are offered on each product.
As for hardware, the faster the processor and the more RAM the better. That's true for just about any program.

Is there a minumum level of processor or RAM that is required for the system to work effectively? Are there any exchange fees for the Platinum service? Can you put the Platinum on more than one computer in a home office?
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

keefie,
StockFinder has the following minimum system requirements:
- 800mhz CPU (1.3Ghz or faster recommended)
- 512 megabytes RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- Windows Installer 3.1 (Required to install .NET Framework 3.5)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
- 50 MB of hard drive space (100 MB or more recommended)
- Video Card and Monitor that support 1024x768 resolution with 256 colors or more (1280x1024 or higher recommended)
- An Internet Connection (will work on 56k dial-up connection, but DSL, cable or any other high speed connection highly recommended)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or later
- Windows 2000 SP4 or Windows XP (StockFinder will not run on Windows 95, 98 or ME)
Questions for Developers (or anyone) re: bottlenecks
TeleChart has the following minimum system requirements:
Windows 98SE or higher (WinXP recommended)
400mhz CPU (800mhz or faster recommended)
1 Gigabyte of free hard drive space
128mb RAM (256mb RAM or higher recommended)
Super VGA monitor that supports 256 colors or higher
Minimum screen resolution of 1024x768
Keyboard and a Mouse or compatible pointing device
An Internet connection (Dial-up is sufficient)
Some web-based services such as Chat Support and training videos require MacroMedia Flash 7+ (The training videos also require Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher)
TeleChart Platinum users will need Media Player 9 to participate in live Audio Chart Shows
Notes: A 32X CDROM drive or faster would be required to install by CD instead of from our website.
Users of Windows 2000 or Windows XP will need a profile with Administrator Rights. This is the default setting for home computers. If using TeleChart on a work computer you may need to contact your system administrator.
A video card with strong 2-D support and up-to-date drivers is recommended.
There are exchange fees associated with Platinum service (but these fees cover both programs). You will want to contact our customer service department for the exact pricing terms for running multiples copies simultaneously.
All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival.
For an even quicker response to non-technical support issues, we recommend calling our toll free sales line at (800) 776-4940 (the phones close at 9PM ET on weekdays). The number outside of the United States is not toll free: (919) 294-1111.
You can also contact us using Live Chat Support during business hours.

Thanks Bruce, I had not received a response from a Worden representative to this post so I went to an Ask the Trainer forum. I have not used Worden for awhile and was trying to get famiiarized with the current format. As always I appreciate the information.
