I cannot get any of the videos to play. A Flash window opens and then nothin happens. I have used the standalone flash installer.

Did you click the link below the video and install the lastest version of the Macromedia software? That should get it working for you.

Craig, Yes, I installed the latest version. Should the video start right away or does it need to download a lot of data first. (I have Dialup)

You should see the bar under the video get darker. Do you get the opening graphic pointing out the play button? Do you see controls for the video at the bottom?

I see the bar at the bottom. It doesn't get darker. I assume the right arrow is the play button. When I push it nothing happens.

Tough to say what this is. Fixing it is beyond what I am able to do here on the forums. Good new... our Tech Support team is great. Contact them and let them see what can be done. Wish I could do more!
