I am trying to write a PCF to show me the 20 EMA that is turning up within the last 7 days.
I have XAVGC20.7 < XAVC20 Is this correct?

Sure. Try this one, though. It will give you some more info:

(XAVGC20-XAVGC20.7)/AVGC20.7*100

This will return the percent change in the average over the last 7 trading days. Now you can not only say up (values above 0) you can say down (values below 0) AND you can specify by how much in either direction (if you like). It also makes it a nifty sort condition.
