 Can I "back bracket" my charts to say 6mos ago, then run a scan, pull out the "trues" put them in a watch list, reset the tracking date, then see "watchlist tracking" go contemporary and see how they turned out?

 It would depend on the scan.

You can also do a watchlist custom date sort for the
stock in question to gauge their returns.
