 Is it possible to create a chart that subtracts the closing price of, for example, INTC from NDX--X and plot the difference on a line or bar chart.

 TeleChart's Personal Criteria Formula Language does not currently have syntax for referencing other symbols or fundamentals. As a result, I cannot think of an automated method of doing what you want using TeleChart.

In Blocks, it is fairly trivial to compare two stocks using the type of math you describe (but I do not show a Blocks data subscription on your account).
