Among these 2 active stocks (ETFC & SIRI)... which do you think will make good in a short or long term? Regarding CMGI... do i need to sell or hold it?

Using my usual disclaimer:

" Realize beboywp that stocks in this price range are
generally not considered good long-term investments.

Most consider them "tradable" just trying to exploit
the trends and movement that is there on a short-term
basis.

Your ability to determine the trend and trade it is very
important.

As a general rule of thumb I don't follow these stocks. I
only concern myself with them when I'm in a rule breaking mode.

You will probably do best to read all the posts here. As many
others do look for these types of trades and typically explain
their reasons for entry/exit."

I think ETFC is being driven by emotion and analysis is in the category
of a coin flip. The critical area to watch is the recent low (3.15)
The best thing I could say about it is its at an area of long-term support.
(on  a weekly chart the 2003 bottom held in this zone although thats
not saying much)

SARI looks a little better. On weekly charts MS, TVS, OBI have all turned
up. However I don't see a lot of conformation on the daily charts. It is in the
"watch" mode.

CMGI  I have a "free" position in this. If you entered the stock you should
have a plan on how to get out of it. When you exit would depend on your
risk tolerance and trading style. (if you don't have that you should
define one)

I will hold this but it is because the position is "free". If I brought it before the
pop in price. I would probably put a stop just under the 12.90 zone
(recent lows)

Thanks
