For a long time I've been running TC on my desktop and on my laptop and all was well. Then I bought a new laptop and installed it on there and it seemed fine. Unfortunately the laptop was failure prone and the manufacturer finally told me to return it to them.
Now when I try to run TC on my old, original laptop I get the error message that I'm not allowed to run it on three machines (even though it's only one at a time). How do I tell Worden that the third machine is toast? And that I do in fact only have it on two machines?

Give the sales line a call at 800.776.4940 and they can reset your account to accept the new machine and disregard the old one.
