whats considered to be a good minimum PERCENTAGE  holdings by Institutions and mutual funds for a stock?

for example:  NSTK below shows 45%. is that a good percentage?

It's good enough for me.  I actually take lower...not allot lower.  I'd get kinda antsy around 20% and below.  If it gets to high it's also a caution... BUT when you see that institutions hold more than 100% there is a good chance that some convertible notes are involved and that number will soon be adjusted.

I use Nasdaq.com>flashquotes.  you  can get a nice picture of institutional activity since previous quarterly report.  Also a list of all major holders (possibly all.. but I never checked all the other pages) and their recent activity... lik Barclays sells 200,000 shares reducing their holding by 22% and the new positions compared to the exited positions and increased compared to decreased.  Anothe page has insideractivity, any filings for FUTURE activity intended.
