 I found your talk with the Money Show and I also signed up for Blocks watching the Money show.  Howerver, Craig Shipman was doing a talk about Making new highs and the ETS, (QQQQs) in finding a low and a high using BLOCKS.

How do I get that set up in Blocks.?

 It is very easy to do.

Check out this video to get the basics of Blocks:
Getting Started With Blocks
You can then use the ADD STUDY button to add the following studies:

Count % New Highs
Count % New Lows

Use QuickEdit to change the WatchList to the appropriate settings you want.
