 Hi, I was just wondering if there was a pcf that exists to identify price double bottoms or tops within about 4 weeks? Can this even be done in TC or Blocks?

That said, I personally think there is not a practical way to this using EasyScans and TeleChart's Personal Criteria Formula Language. This is true of pattern recognition in general with the exception of candlestick patterns:
