How can I formulize in a PCF the lowest price over the past fifty days being greater than the (highest?)Moving Average for that period. I am trying to view just those issues whose prices have been above the 50 day moving average for the past 50 days. (Referenced in the Submission in the 8-24 Worden Report). As always, thanks.

QUOTE (bradshaw) How can I formulize in a PCF the lowest price over the past fifty days being greater than the (highest?)Moving Average for that period.
bradshaw,
It may be of interest to some to know that it is impossible for the minimum of C over the most recent 50 days to be greater than the maximum of AVGC50 over the most recent 50 days.
There are no constraints whatever on what C and AVGC50 can do over the most recent 49 days (other than those imposed by the condition that C be positive).
Thanks, Jim Murphy

bradshaw,
It seems you are asking for two different things...
Do you want stocks that have a price that has stayed above its 50-day moving average for 50-days straight
OR
Do you want stocks that have their 50-day lowest low above the highest high of their moving average for the same period?
