I have installed Telechart on another PC which is running another Operating System (Vista Home Premium). I wish to transfer all of my user data (Chart Templates, watchlists, chart annotations, etc.) to the other system. Using The Export to Worden's site, then restoring, does not transfer all of the information. I'm thinking that a copy of the "User" directory and all sub-directories will solve the problem. Your advice please.

To clarify, I'm referring to the "User" directoty that is subordinate to the "Telechart" directory.

I believe there are registry settings containing some of your settings. These settings would not be transferred when copying the User folder. You may wish to contact technical support for further clarification and suggestions.
