Dear Worden Support,

I updated my TC2000 Gold service yesterday morning to the 2007 version. Subsequently, when I shut the program down and then reopened it later, the program then goes through a new "finishing installation" procedure. This re-installation occurs each time and takes from 3-5 minutes. I have never experienced this before and I would like some suggestions on how to solve this problem. I use Windows Vista.

This is a known issue with Vista.

1. Download the file ftp://nero.worden.com/VIF.exe (Click the link or type it in your web-browser's address bar)

2. Select Run and follow the prompts.

There is a file that the installation program cannot remove in Vista and this will take care of that.

I have this same issue. I tried the link mentioned above, but it doesn't work. I get this error message
550/vif.exe this file can not be found

Is there a newer link or anothe fix for this issue?
