Having just upgraded to mega minute, I have lost some of my charts. The institutions and insiders charts now show nothing and when I try and do them again, I get a new window in mega minute asking for input with a list, but I don't know what this means, the charts used to just appear automatically in strategy trader version. I have the same problem with industry rank charts. I have had a message flash up with a breakpoint message on it whilst trying to redo these charts. Please advise.

Hemscott Financials is part of the Blocks Strategy Trader Pack. If you have Blocks Mega Minute DVD Pack but do not have the Blocks Strategy Trader Pack, the Hemscott Financials are not available. You will also have less history for many symbols because Blocks will not be able to use Daily Data to supply older values.

I am confused, I thought by upgrading to the mega minute, everything would have stayed the same as strategy trader but with Real Time streaming. Is that scenario possible or what do I have to do to get the Hemscott financials back.

The Blocks Strategy Trader Pack and the Blocks Mega Minute DVD Pack are different packages. One is not an upgrade of the other. They are designed to complement one another.

The Blocks Strategy Trader Pack has 25 years of Daily Data and includes the Hemscott Financials.

The Blocks Mega Minute DVD Pack has 4.5 years of Minute Data. It does not include the Hemscott Financials.

You need the Blocks Strategy Trader Pack and the Blocks Mega Minute DVD Pack to have Hemscott Financials and Minute Data.

The sales department should be able to explain the Blocks Data Packs in more detail and set you up with the correct feeds for what you want to do.

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to non-technical support issues, we recommend calling our toll free sales line at (800) 776-4940 (the phones close at 9PM ET on weekdays).

For anybody who may be interested, I have just received an informative email from Worden sales which clears up the various packs.
"Thank you for writing. The Strategy Trader and Mega Minute packages are separate packages, and only Strategy Trader has 15 years of daily stock history as well as fundamental history. The Mega Minute package only has 5 years of history but it's all per-minute data.

You could receive a discount for the Mega Minute package if you were an active TeleChart Platinum customer. As a Gold customer, you would get a discount on only Strategy Trader and pay full price for Mega Minute. The Mega Minute package is $49.99 per month plus $9.25 per month in exchange fees. That would be in addition to the $49.98 per month you are paying for TeleChart and Strategy Trader put together. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance"
