 In the Blocks Program, I want to take the "PE Ratio vs. 5 Yr. Avg PE" indicator and do a scan of all stocks that are are under 30 on this indicator. How do I move this indicator into the Strategy Conditions
so I can do a scan?

 You should use the Hemscott Raw History Strategy Condition located under Hemscott Financials in the Web Library. You can use then use QuickEdit to change the Hemscott Criteria to P/E Ratio vs. 5-Yr-Avg P/E.
