 Could you please tell me what PCF I could use to track stocks where the money stream is dropping below the 15 day moving average? Thanks!

 Please try the following:

Simple:

MS < MS15 AND MS1.1 >= MS15.1

Exponential:

MS < XAVG(MS,15) AND MS1.1 >= XAVG(MS1.1,15)
