Within my scan formula, how do I enter volume constraints? say from 300 shares a day to 2000 shares a day.

You may want to review this post to get more familiar with adding Easy Scan conditions in TeleChart.
When you add your volume condition (you can choose Volume 1 day, for example) in your condition box you'll choose Value as the condition type and then set the parameters of your desired volume with the range selector.
