Would you please help me develop a PFC Scan using the ADX indicator. I am having all sorts of trouble attempting to do this. I would like to start with a reference point at of stocks that are already showing in between 20 to 26 on the ADX indicator. I would like to be able to pull back all stocks that have moved at least 4 points or more “above” this 20 to 26 reference range. At the same token, I would like to be able to pull back all stocks that have moved at least 4 points or more “below” this 20 to 26 reference range. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Solaris,

ADX cannot be used as a condition in and Easy Scan in TeleChart. You might be able to get some of what you are looking for by using Indicator Sorting on any WatchList you want. You certainly can easily identify those stocks with an ADX value of between 20 and 26 with a simple Indicator sort using actual value.

Check out this video for more info on Indicator sorting with ADX.
